• Vertex Distribution Pte Ltd warrants the consumer/end-user for purchase of any products manufactured, developed, distributed by our company, that the product be free from defects in material or workmanship for ONE YEAR & (2 YEARS for Game Mouse) from the date of the activation of the warranty.
  
  
• Warranty will be issued upon successful completion of the online warranty registration. If the customer fails to register this service, warranty will not be valid. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
  
  
• Warranty Registration is required to be completed within 7 days of purchase. If the date of registration is more than 7 days from the date of purchase, then the warranty will be declared void.
  
  
• Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence of the precautions mentioned in each user's manual, improper maintenance or commercial use.
  
  
• Any functions, usages, purpose outside of the ones clearly declared in the user's manual guide or packaging will not be covered by the warranty.
  
  
• Warranty is void if repairs are made by persons not authorised by A4tech Co.,Ltd. or Vertex Distribution Pte Ltd
  
  
• Product will be repaired or replaced at Vertex Distribution Pte Ltd without charge during the valid warranty period. Any postage and handling will be charged to the consumer/end-user:
  1. If product is returned to base for repairs
  2. Any repairs resulted from conditions outside of the warranty stated
  
  
• This warranty only covers the terms and conditions between Vertex Distribution Pte Ltd and the end-user/consumer and does not affect the consumer rights against any dealers arising from their sales and purchases.
  
  
• Explanations of Terms:
  • days - period 24 hours per unit. Include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
    
    
  • date of purchase - date/month/year which the "product" was purchased and in the custody of the end-user
    
    
  • product - goods which are manufactured, developed, imported, exported, distributed by Vertex Distribution Pte Ltd
